All of us have goals in life and things that we want to accomplish, but we all approach how we do that in different ways. Are you a dreamer or are you a doer?

An imaginative personality who is idealistic and dreams a lot. They think about the big picture. They plan everything and tend to dream big. They find the potential for what could be. They embrace new things and are a catalyst for change.
One who acts, rather than talking. Doer is all about action. They are driven, who want results. They focus on productivity and their goals are much more realistic than the dreamer.
There’s never a sure-fire way to create your dream life.

It’s a consistent process, and it takes hard work and sufficient time period to maintain it. No one’s life is ever as perfect and astonishing as they make it out to be on social media. It’s time we stop using others as a measure of our success and happiness, and start carving our own niche to define what joy, abundance, happiness, success mean to us. Once upon a time, I was a dreamer. I wished desperately for my dreams to come true. I knew it wasn’t going to happen by simply blinking myself away to my desired life.
Here’s how I tried it:
Do your research.
Just as some people, I am addicted to the Internet. I read articles and blogs and read about people writing articles and blogs. I discussed with few people, and you better believe, with some persistence and commitment, I soon became a writer of articles, blogs and even my own website.
I started my blog in 2017 (Content Sphere), and although I don’t get nearly as many hits as the average blogger. Readers from far and wide have found me at my little home on the Internet. It’s such a rewarding feeling to hear, first of all, that people are actually reading my blog, and secondly, they are able to relate and be inspired by my writing.
I trust the ones who reached out were the ones I needed to connect with at that point in time, and I know I'll become like the true blogger in time.
Keep it simple.
If it comes naturally, then it’s an appreciable achievement, if it doesn’t, maybe you are on the wrong path or in the wrong field. To be honest, when I write something, it’s not forced. It is a flow of continuous thoughts, may be sometimes feelings also.
Writing, like entrepreneurship, time management is not for the faint hearted. It takes a thick skin, numbness for rejection, a determined spirit and will to succeed.
As one of my friend commented when he first read my article, “I love your writing Sarthak! … simple and true … no extravagance in your wording.” I always remember this, and use it to take me to the next level and exceed the expectations I had for myself.
Likewise, when doing proposals and conducting business, I don’t promise anything I can’t deliver. I keep it real.
Set no limits.
The truly liberated mind sets no limits; they are forever pushing the envelope. They don’t let what others think define them, or obstruct them from how far they can go in life.
It’s all about conditioning the mind, setting targets, visualizing the journey and seeing your desired outcome/destination. No holds barred; life is yours for the taking!

It’s important to understand that thinking styles are preferences, not abilities. They are what we would do on our own if we had the free choice to do so. Start making sense of the difference between aptitude and desire and can get out of thinking that we should do the things we are good at because we are good at them. Just because you are good at something doesn’t mean you should keep doing it; especially if it doesn’t suit your thinking style.
I’m not sure, but having looked at the downsides of doer, they seem familiar… maybe that’s me. How about you? Are you a Dreamer or a Doer?
