First and foremost, Leadership is not a position or a title, it is an action and example. Leaders always produce more and more leaders not followers. The problem is that there is very little attention paid to how to develop good character. The character is real you. Character is a cluster of traits and qualities.

The admiral qualities of a true leader are:
Creativity: Embrace the new
Resilience: Learn from experiences
Humility: Humble with all colleagues
Balance: Most needed quality
Honesty: Truthful no matter what costs
Empathy: Self-centered
Justice: Sense of maturity
Decisiveness: Opting correct path
Determination: Never give up
Perspective: Sailing tiny ship on the boundless sea
And with these all qualities, leaders should posses good sense of humour and presence of mind. The ultimate meaning is there is no substitute for character.

Great leaders don’t set out to be a leader. They set out to make a difference. The main motive every leader should keep in their mind is, Leadership does not involve changing mindset of folks, but the right cultivation of an positive environment that brings out the best in and inspires the individual.
Success can be beautiful if leader is sharp in managing the team. The saying from ‘First Man’ movie, When you do, there’s beauty waiting for you… Leader when practiced consistently it will help to inspire incredible results for the organization. The thread running through them all is “as you respect others and put the interests of others in a paramount position, our personal success thrives, maybe in ways that you could not imagine.”
Leadership is different from management. While management assumes hierarchical relationship among individuals, leaders and followers may not be related to each other through the formal chain of command. Leaders are role models for their followers. Subordinates will not be loyal if leaders are not supportive. Leaders should cooperate with the followers if they want the followers to cooperate with them. The followers tend to behave as they are behaved with. Leaders should set example before followers and be their ideal. People should follow him voluntarily by virtue of what he is and what he does and not because of the position.
No individual can work alone. Leaders develop team spirit among followers to work collectively and coordinate their activities with organisational activities. A leader works as captain of the team. He develops understanding among followers, resolves individual and group conflicts and harmonizes individual goals with organisational goals. He creates forces of synergy and converts individual output into collective output.
That’s it…
