Communication is the sole medium of expression for human beings. It is the medium through which we let others know about our ideas, knowledge and thoughts. In today’s modern world, social dynamics and communication skills play an essential role in forming an individual’s career and personality. It is high imperative for all of us to have these skills.



Communication is a medium through which we share information, thoughts or contemplation with others. In the present period, we all must have great relational abilities. It is the best mechanism for moving data starting with one spot then onto the next. It tends to be done verbally, outwardly or in composed structure.

Social dynamics is a term stemmed from the idea of the change in the behavior of an individual due the influence of those around him in a group.

Good Listening

Listening is the best way to communicate. A good listener is a good communicator. When you pay close attention and listen to what a person has to say you are able to learn a lot of thing you wouldn’t have had if you didn’t listen attentively. In an argument most people do not listen and keep saying what they want that gives the fire more fuel. If you first listen to what the other person has to say, you might as well understand the point. If not then you might be able to respond in a better way and give your input properly.

Reading is a great way to hone your communication skills. When you read you realize how to use different words for different purposes, you learn how to formulate your sentences and convey your point in the best way possible. Reading is a great language enhancer, you are able to learn vocabulary, different sentence structures and even the art of saying things indirectly to make an impact. Moreover, if you read expansively you are able to get so much information of all around the world. You will learn new things and add to your chest of knowledge.

Body language is considered to be the 70% of every conversation. Most people are unaware of the phenomenon that we converse more with our bodies rather than our mouths. We use the gift of able bodies to assist what our mouth is saying. Body language includes the stature, hand gestures, facial expressions and even the pitch and tone of your voice. Each of them impact what you are saying.










There are many other things that you can do to amplify your communication skills, however these basics are the most important. And the social dynamics focuses on individual level behavior and recognize the importance of stict analytic results are often impossible.
